Production first
Logging, evals, fallbacks, and a way to roll back. Demos are cheap; operations are the work.
Software · AI · Advice
Suvariev designs software, wires AI into products you already run, and advises teams that need a plan — not another demo.
const client = createModel({
provider: "anthropic",
fallback: "openai",
});
// Wire it into the product, not a sidecar.
await client.analyse(ticket, {
schema: Intake,
evals: productionChecks,
});Services
One studio for the software, the models, and the decisions around them. Filter by what you need — or browse the lot.
Development
Customer-facing and internal applications with clean architecture, auth, and a design system your team can keep.
Development
REST, GraphQL, and evented services — typed, documented, and built to sit next to the systems you already trust.
Development
CRMs, ERPs, billing, and data stores wired together with retries, mapping, and observability instead of fragile scripts.
Development
Replace manual hand-offs with reliable pipelines: ingest, transform, notify, and keep a human in the loop where it matters.
AI
OpenAI, Anthropic, and custom models in your product: auth, rate limits, fallbacks, streaming, and cost controls.
AI
Search and answers over your documents and data, with citations, permissions, and evaluation so it stays honest.
AI
Task-specific agents for support, ops, and internal tools — scoped tools, audit logs, and rollback if they misfire.
AI
Classify, summarise, and pull structure from tickets, contracts, logs, and reports you can actually act on.
Consultancy
Where AI helps, where it does not, and a roadmap that matches data, risk, and the team who will run it.
Consultancy
A hard look at the current stack: integration points, model choice, evals, security, and what to ship next.
Consultancy
Models, vector stores, and platforms compared against your constraints — not a favourite logo.
Consultancy
Workshops and pairing so engineers can own the system after we leave: prompts, evals, and operating habits.
Approach
Logging, evals, fallbacks, and a way to roll back. Demos are cheap; operations are the work.
We integrate into what you already run — not a parallel product nobody asked for.
Approvals, citations, and audit trails where the cost of being wrong is high.
Architecture notes, runbooks, and eval sets your team can keep after we leave.
Process
You always know what is being built, why, and what happens if we stop.
01
We map the work, the data, and the constraints. What exists, who owns it, and where software or AI is actually useful.
02
A concrete approach: APIs, models, evaluation, and where humans stay in the loop. Written down before we build.
03
We integrate into your stack — with logging, evals, fallbacks, and a way to roll back if something misfires.
04
Handover, documentation, and optional ongoing support so the system stays useful after the project ends.

Suvariev is a boutique studio for companies that need software and AI in production. We write the integrations, the analysis pipelines, the internal tools — and the advice that decides whether a model belongs there at all.
We are not a platform. We do not sell seats. Development, AI, and consultancy sit in one place so the architecture, the code, and the operating plan are not three different stories.
If the right answer is a simpler API, a spreadsheet, or “not yet,” we will say so. The goal is better work, not more AI.
FAQ
No. A lot of the value is ordinary software: APIs, integrations, automation, and product UI. AI is used where it earns its keep.
A short call, then a written scope. Most work is a fixed slice — a system to ship, a review to deliver — not an open retainer unless you want one.
Yes. Pairing, reviews, and handover are part of the job. The aim is that your team can run the system without us.
Remote-first, with hours that overlap Europe. On-site workshops can be arranged when the work needs a room.
