Privacy

This page describes how Suvariev handles information you send through suvariev.com. It is a contact-form policy, not a product privacy policy.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, company, and message you provide. We also receive standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) from our hosting provider.

How we use it

We use that information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to continue the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it

We also use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form to reduce spam. Google receives the form token and standard reCAPTCHA telemetry, underGoogle’s privacy policy. Hosting is on an OVH VPS. Those processors see the data only as needed to deliver the service.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-on work, then deleted from active mailboxes in the ordinary course of business.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@suvariev.com.
